banana cake



hoy he hecho uno de nuestros pasteles favoritos que como se guarda en la nevera ahora apetece mucho...yummy....

cake


1 1/2 cups of mashed overripe bananas
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
3 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter softened
2 cups of sugar
3 large eggs
1 cup of milk

preheat the oven. mix together the mashed bananas and the lemon juice. in a different bowl mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. in another bowl cream together the butter and the sugar. beat in each egg at time. alternate adding the flour mix and the milk. next stir in the mashed banana mixture . pour the banana batter into a cake mould.


frosting

1/4 cup butter softened
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup confectioner's sugar

cream together the butter and the cream cheese until fluffy. add the sugar. beat at low speed till mixed, then on high speed till smooth, spread on the cooled banana cake.
