to cook any american recipe you're going to need a kind of special measures


if you don't have this set of cups and spoons you can use a regular cup, the ones you use to have a coffee, not too big but not too small either. cups are measures of volume so it depends on what u have in the cup. for example a cup of sugar is 200g but a cup of cocoa is aprox. 125g. then the mold has to be squared and not too big otherwise the brownies will be too flat. something like this...

ingredients:

2 cups of sugar
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup bitter cocoa
1 cup oil
5 eggs
1 teaspoon salt

you just have to add the ingredients in that order and mix them with an electric mixer. pour the mix in the mold which you previously greased with butter or wrapped with baking paper. put it in the oven and let it bake for aprox. half an hour. after that wait until it's cold and remove it from the mold.
