japanese soup


chicken broth
lettuce
shiitake mushrooms
spring onion
soy sauce
ramen noodles

make the chicken broth and prepare the ramen. ten minutes before serving, heat the broth and add the lettuce, the mushrooms and the spring onion diced. in each bowl put a raw egg, pour the boiling broth and stir. then add the ramen and to finish the soy sauce.
