rice with blood sausage


this recipe was given to me by a student as homework but i liked it so much that i tried it that same day and the result was absolutely surprising....

 onion
wild asparagus
garlic
bacon
mushrooms
meat broth
olive oil
black pepper
parsley
blood sausage
tender garlic 

chop half onion and slice some wild asparagus and mushrooms. heat the olive oil and fry the vegetables with sliced bacon. add chopped parsley and the blood sausage already smashed. keep a few minutes in low heat and then add the mushrooms and the rice. fry all together. add the meat broth and boil until done. sprinkle with sliced tender garlic.
